Use when: writing a Final Expense or IUL app with Americo. FE product is Eagle Select. You launch it from IntegrityCONNECT — the same portal you already quote in.
- Log into IntegrityCONNECT (your quoting portal).
- Run a Quick Quote for the client — age, face, product.
- From the quote, launch the Americo eApp (deep-link carries the client data over).
- Work the health-question flow — the knockout questions route the applicant to the eligible product + rate class.
- Complete allocations, review, and e-sign to submit.
- Strategy allocation must total exactly 100%. If you split premium across index strategies/accounts, the percentages have to sum to 100 or the app won't advance. This is the one that stalls people.
- Appointment is the real gate. A license alone can't submit — no Americo appointment = no submission. Get contracted first (see SureLC).
- Answer health questions honestly + exactly. A wrong answer bounces the app or misprices the rate class — it's not a field to guess at.
Use when: building a client illustration for Transamerica's Financial Foundation IUL (FFIUL) — the projected growth + cash-value table you present.
- Open the Transamerica illustration software and start a new illustration.
- Select the product: FFIUL.
- Enter the inputs: age, face amount, premium, rate class.
- Pick the solve mode that matches what the client fixed (see gotchas).
- Run it, then print / share — with the guaranteed column shown.
- Solve mode is the whole game. The illustrator solves for whatever you don't fix: solve for premium (client gave you a target face), solve for face (client gave you a budget/premium), or solve for target/max funding. Pick the wrong one and the illustration answers a question the client didn't ask.
- IUL is not guaranteed — always show the guaranteed column. Never present only the non-guaranteed projection. Compliance + our own never-break rule.
Note: exact menu labels vary by the illustrator version — this card is the workflow + the solve-mode trap. Confirm the current UI in-portal.
Use when: launching the FB/IG lead campaign that feeds BullpenLM. (Full turnkey pack: ~/META-CAMPAIGN-LAUNCHPACK.md.)
- Set up the account plumbing first (see FB Business Manager card).
- Ads Manager → Create → Objective: Leads.
- Conversion location: Instant forms (on-Meta) — this is what feeds the webhook.
- Build the lead form; keep field keys standard (
full_name,phone_number,email). - Name the consent field
call_text_consentso the BullpenLM webhook honors TCPA. - Set budget (~$50–75/day), publish, and don't touch it for 3 days (learning phase).
- Special Ad Category (SAC). Consumer insurance may require Credit / "Financial products & services"; agent-recruiting = Employment. SAC strips age/gender/ZIP + detailed interests and sets a min radius — design broad + creative-led so the campaign survives either way.
- Timezone + currency lock at ad-account creation. They cannot be changed later. Set them right the first time.
- Conversion location must be Instant forms — not "website" or "calls", or nothing reaches the webhook.
- Don't rename the standard form fields. The parser reads the standard keys; rename them and the lead lands blank.
Use when: buying or managing dialing numbers — the per-state local-presence DIDs and the AI receptionist line (503) 461-5493.
- Portal → Numbers → Buy a Number; match the area code to the licensed state (local presence).
- Assign the number to a Connection (the dialer / WebRTC connection).
- Set CNAM — the caller-ID name leads see on the ring.
- Keep the account balance funded.
- STIR/SHAKEN attestation. Telnyx signs your outbound with A-level attestation only when the DID is on your account + verified — that's what keeps a fresh number from getting flagged "Spam Likely" out of the gate.
- CNAM = the name on caller-ID. Set it so leads see a real name, not "Unknown" — it's part of the pickup boost.
- A low balance drops calls under load. The receptionist line + outbound both draw from it. Keep it topped up.
- Local-presence math: one DID per licensed state, area-code-matched — roughly ~$1/mo each + ~$0.007/min outbound.
Use when: getting contracted + appointed with a carrier through the upline. This is what lets you actually submit business — do it before anything else.
- Log into SureLC and keep your producer profile current — license, NPN, background questions, E&O, AML.
- Request contracting with a carrier through your upline / IMO (Kumquat).
- The carrier processes the appointment; watch for the appointed confirmation.
- Appointment is the real gate — not the license. A license alone does not let you submit. No carrier appointment = no business. Contracting comes first.
- Incomplete profile stalls contracting. Missing E&O, AML/LIMRA, or background answers holds up the appointment. Keep it complete + current.
- Your NPN is your NIPR National Producer Number — that is not the same as an IntegrityCONNECT login ID. Only publish the confirmed NPN.
Use when: setting up the container that owns the Page + ad account + app. Foundational — do this once before running Meta ads.
- Create / confirm the Business Portfolio.
- Start Business Verification (upload the LLC docs).
- Add or claim the Page (+ connect Instagram for IG placements).
- Add an Ad Account + payment method; assign yourself admin.
- Create a Dataset (Events Manager) for quality/offline-conversion optimization.
- Grant Lead Access (Page → Lead Access) so leads can leave Meta.
- Business Verification takes 1–3 days. It's required for lead-ads-at-scale + the app's
leads_retrievalpermission. Start it early — it's the slowest step. - Lead Access must be granted or leads never leave Meta into BullpenLM — the campaign runs but the pipe is dead.
- Payment + admin before publish. No valid payment method or ad-account admin = you can't launch.
Overlaps the Meta Ads card — this is the account plumbing; that one is the campaign.
